I’ve been travelling for many years, and during this time, I’ve come to appreciate that the wonders of the world are not always the famous sights we come to visit, but more the way we see and enjoy them.

I love luxury, and I love adventure, so I try to combine the two as often as I can. Most of my travel will have a luxury aspect- perhaps a Cruise for example- but luxury to me isn’t defined by the cost. I do like to research absolutely everything, so that I can find that balance of beautiful surroundings, thoughtful details and exciting escapades that are going to stay with me, long after I return home.

A Glass Well Travelled, began largely because of my many friends and family, who follow my social media posts. Their encouragement - and their trust in my recommendations - gave me the confidence to create a place where I could document and share my experiences.
